Welcome to the
Coenzyme Q10 Study
Target Communities: ME/CFS and FM
Note: this is NOT the MitoQ study. Prior studies have suggested Coenzyme Q10 has a positive effect on ME/CFS/SEID symptoms. However, it is not clear whether this requires co-supplementation with NADH. This study involves taking Q10 daily, recording core symptoms and several cognitive tests over a 6 week period. While designed for ME/CFS and FM the study is open to anyone interested.
If you were planning on trying Coenzyme Q10 as a treatment feel free to use the information and services here to help you make a more thorough evaluation. Note that Mendus does not run traditional scientific studies. Rather, we provide information that allows people to test things for themselves. It is then up to you whether to share your results with the community. The information here does not constitute medical advice. We strongly advise consulting a physician before following guidelines.
